So Upset!
So after having 32,329,423 people confirm with me that you don’t need dental to get an invite, I decided to check my spam. My spam, at the time, had 412 emails. There were quite a few that were from people on my mailing list. One including my nurse from NOVEMBER 12TH! It reads
We had a meeting with placement earlier this week and they say it takes 6-8 weeks for a nominee to receive an invitation, depending upon the program they were nominated to, so hang in there! You can also call 1-800-424-8580, option 2, x1840 to speak with the placement help desk.
Sincerely,

WTF?!?!?! I never sent her an email about placement at all. It makes me curious if placement tried to contact me, but it went to my spam. I stopped checking my spam because it was pretty accurate and I was getting 20 emails a day. I will call placement tomorrow to see if they tried to make contact. If not, I’ll let it be.
P.S. sorry for such a high concentration of posts in a short amount of time. I’m just frustrated with technology.
[Edit]: Apparently when I sent an email a long time ago, my nurse replied back to it a couple days later, but it went to spam. She’s so nice. I didn’t know that nurses replied to that general email address where you send the questions. Bad news is, I replied back to the email without investigating whether or not she was replying to a previous question I asked, so I have a feeling she’s going to be confused because she replied to the email a long time ago. Ah! I feel I’m making this process more complicated than it needs to be. June Nominees, stop getting invites so I can breathe for a second!
Actually, no. I don’t care anymore. My nurse replied back and she said all clearances and I’m going to believe her. It’s really not that big of a deal. I’ve got 4 months left before I should worry about an invite. Whatever.

Well, it will all work out for you. You have time on your side.
If you are frustrated with today’s technology while struggling with this application process, take a moment to reflect on what the applicants went through back when PC was starting – - – nothing but snail mail and poorly developed land lines. Imagine that process (!).
Indeed. I think being tired made me overreact. After getting some decent amount of sleep, I realized it’s okay for me not to get an invitation in record time. I wish everything was snail mail again; I love receiving things in the mail.
Breathe. Relax. Repeat.
You have, like, gazillion amounts of time. You’ll be fine.
You said it. I think I’m going to take a break from PC anything until finals are over. Maybe a bit longer.
